Connected apps

Cortex connectors will let one brain read and write across multiple apps.

This page is the early connector registry. For now the active migration source is ExtravaSafe, but the app is being shaped so future adapters can plug in cleanly.

ExtravaSafe

Active migration source

Current migration source. Cortex still carries the richest adapter assumptions for medication verification, conflict review, and source governance here.

Shared lens

App-agnostic lens for broader clinical topics that should still enrich the shared Cortex knowledge graph.

Migration doctrine

Apps remain source-of-truth for their production data.

Cortex owns research memory, source trust, decision history, and package-level reasoning.

Write access should happen through explicit app adapters, not raw table mutation from the UI.

Each app can narrow active reasoning to its own lens while still feeding the shared Cortex knowledge graph.
